Pecheles Automotive seeks an experienced Finance Manager to join our busy Team! Must be an organized, self-starter, committed to excellent communication and thorough processes implementation.

The Finance Manager assists customers in arranging loans and/or leases for vehicles purchases from the dealership, develops controls necessary for the proper conduct of the business, maintains accurate records and establishes and maintains data processing systems to accomplish the dealership's objectives within established compliance guidelines. Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectabilityFully proficient with title laws and registration processMaintains proficiency and certifications as required for the positionAccurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes dealsEnsures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelinesPrepares paperwork, contracts and delivers dealsAccurately audits team deals Post-SaleEnsures the expeditious funding of all contractsQUALIFICATIONS

College degree preferred or equivalent experienceKnowledge of dealership finance and insurance proceduresProfessional personal appearance & excellent communication skills.Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skillsCommitment to punctuality and attendanceMust be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen
