PALS Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have : 2 years Neonatal or PICU Critical Care experience Advanced skills needed: Procedures performed on unit: Must be able to independently admit and manage vented patients in Peds ICU using Servo –U ventilator. Also, setup and manage heliox therapy though invasive and non-invasive measures. Familiar with non-invasive ventilation including use of biPAP and CPAP. Neonatal skills to include attending pre-term delivery, Bubble CPAP, and, use of nitric oxide, and high frequency ventilation.
