The RoleWe are seeking compassionate and skilled Physical Therapists to join our team- PRN to full time opportunities available. You'll work with patients in the Longmont area, helping them regain mobility and improve their quality of life. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys building strong patient relationships and providing personalized, hands-on care.
What You'll Be Doing
Conducting thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients physical conditions and functional abilities using OASISDeveloping and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patients needsProviding therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercises, and education on injury preventionMonitoring patient progress and making adjustments to care plans as neededBuilding supportive relationships with patients and their families, helping them through each step of their recovery journeyCollaborating with the care team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive careWhat Makes You a Great Fit
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited programValid Colorado Physical Therapist licenseValid BLS CertificationExperience in home health settings preferredExceptional communication skills and a patient-centered approach to careLicensed driver with current auto insurance and good driving recordWhat's In It for You?
