Position Overview
This position is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods to customer sites as needed or as a part of a pre-defined route, reviewing orders prior to delivery to verify accuracy, and loading and unloading goods. Driving, delivering, and pick-up using Encore owned, leased, or rented trucks with a gross vehicle weight of less than 26,001 lbs. Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a medium-duty DOT certification as required by state law (Non-CDL). This position reports to the Warehouse Operations Manager.

Driving, Delivery, and Pick-up:Drive Encore owned, leased, or rented vehicles including vans and box trucks with a gross vehicle weight of less than 26,001 lbsMaintain set routes and schedules as directed by their supervisor to meet customer expectationsLoading and unloading of vehiclesReview orders for accuracy during both delivery and pickup to ensure all items are accounted forEnsure contents are properly secured inside of truck to prevent breakage or damage to gearObey all applicable traffic laws and drive according to the weather/road conditions.Able to complete a manual and/or electronic log book, based on assigned regionCustomer Service:
Provide superior customer service and strive to exceed the needs and expectations of both internal and external customersMaintain a positive relationship with all clients through effective communication and interactionEnsures consistent communication with Dispatcher on an as needed basisEquipment Handling
Assist hotel and warehouse team with pulling, receiving, and transportation of equipmentParticipate in annual physical inventory processPerform quality control and equipment staging in warehouse as directed.(driver's not allowed to leave trucks)Ensure all equipment is picked up and/or delivered on siteVehicle Maintenance:
Works with the dispatcher or warehouse supervisors to ensure that vehicles are well maintained through scheduled service appointments as requiredMaintain good general overall appearance of the vehicles and ensure all vehicles are kept clean and free of debrisPerform daily inspection on vehicle prior to route and ensure Driver Vehicle Inspection logs are performed before each tripMaintain and replenish all vehicle fluids as needed - (e.g. wiper fluid, DEF, etc.)Identify mechanical maintenance needs as they occurReport any vehicle damages or traffic violations to immediate supervisor in a timely mannerJob Requirements

Work is generally performed in a hotel, warehouse, or vehicle on the road. Team members will frequently visit other Encore locations, and non-Encore venues for meetings, and/or deliveries. Working times will include days and may include evenings, weekends and holidays. Team members must adhere to appearance guidelines as defined by Encore. Team members must adhere to appearance guidelines as defined by Encore based in a warehouse environment and when traveling, on an individual venue or a representation of venues in that city or area. When in the Warehouse, work will be completed in an environment with exposure to outdoor temperatures, dirt, sand and/or dust. The working conditions will vary between moderately quiet to noisy volumes. Team members may use high-end audio visual equipment and electrical components. Working times may include irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
