Team D3 seeks a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with a successful track record of uncovering opportunities, growing existing accounts and generating new business. You'll introduce Team D3 products and services to new and existing client accounts. The purpose is to have better conversations with C-level personnel to uncover needs then provide solutions to solve the issues. You'll manage and prioritize opportunities, qualify potential new clients, note each client's business drivers, build relationships, present solutions and assist in closing the business.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Prospecting calls into sales development of new customers, new logos, generate leads through new channelsBegin to build strategic relationships within target accountAsk for introductions and leverages referralsAchieving assigned performance metricsPossess technical understanding of a customer's business objectives in order to map a strategy consisting of software, training, and implementation as a solution to those business objectivesTimely follow up and follow through on leads receivedEstablish long-term mutually beneficial relationships with new customersConsistent use of a defined sales processDocument all account sales activity in CRMMaintain product and industry knowledgeClient communication such as notification of policy changes, product promos, etc.Emphasis on customer satisfaction, retention and subscription renewals (software and services)Work closely with Team D3 and Autodesk Sales TeamsAdhere to Sandler sales principlesOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:
Proven success in sales of software products & servicesExperience in selling in a high activity environmentCollege degree or equivalent work experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Highly motivated and competitiveDisciplined approach to client follow-upExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficient with Microsoft Office, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, and online applicationsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamLOCATION & TERRITORY:
Territory will cover clients across the U.S.Willingness to travel overnight, estimated less than 10%EMPLOYEE BENEFITS:
