Introduction:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality care to patients. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy programs to improve patients' mobility and function. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop treatment plansImplement therapy programs to improve patients' mobility, strength, and functionCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatmentEducate patients and families on proper therapy techniques and home exercise programsMaintain accurate records of patient progress and documentationFollow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environmentOther duties as assignedQualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and valid state licensureExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and handle a high-volume workloadAbility to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionalsValid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plusPerks:
