Sr. Contracts Specialist

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a

Sr. Contracts Specialist

to support DARPA'S Contracts Management Office (CMO). The

Sr. Contracts Specialist

will work in a

hybrid

setting based out of

Arlington, VA

in support of DARPA's research and development mission to make pivotal investments in breakthrough technologies for National Security. This candidate will report on site once a week.

Responsibilities of the Sr. Contracts Specialist include:Responsibilities will include preparing and administering terms and conditions of Department of Defense Research & Development contractsAssisting in the negotiation of contractsPreparing contract modifications; Analyzing procurement policies and proceduresAnalyzing proposed costs and pricesPreparing required contract file documentation per the FAR, DFARS, and other relevant policies/regulations.Qualifications of the Sr. Contracts Specialist include:

Minimum of 8+ years of experience with government contractsExperience using Procurement Desktop-Defense technologies, PD2Bachelor's degreeActive DoD Secret clearanceCompensation for the Sr. Contracts Specialist includes:

Salary Range:

$120,000 - 170,000 depending on experience and LCAT selected toFull Benefits:
