The National Director of Operations will oversee the operational functions of the Employee Benefits Practice, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with the Practice's strategic goals. This role requires a seasoned leader with a strong operational background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Operational Leadership:

Develop and implement operational strategies that support the Practice's objectives and enhance overall performance.Process Optimization:

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.Team Management:

Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.Compliance:

Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.Performance Metrics:

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and drive improvements.Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, including sales, client services, and marketing, to ensure seamless operations and support business growth.Resource Management:

Oversee the allocation and management of resources to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.Requirements & Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the employee benefits or insurance industry.Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful operational strategies.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership.Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
