There is an exciting opportunity in Onalaska! We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual to join our team of healthcare professionals at Eagle Crest North as the Program Manager in our 18-apartment Memory Care unit. The successful candidate will provide resident, family, and staff support in accordance with our Memory Care philosophy and goals.
What You'll Do Plan, develop, and coordinate resident care needs, in collaboration with the nursing team Responsible for supervising resident care assistants, leading a team of healthcare professionals, including hiring, onboarding, and training staff, overseeing staff performance, promoting a positive culture consistent with our core values of Teamwork, Respect, Integrity, Commitment, and Love Partners closely with our marketing department assisting residents and their families from admission assessment through discharge Works within the guidelines of BLH Inc policies, WI CBRF regulations (DHS 83), and industry best practices What You'll Need
Top notch leadership skills with a healthcare background A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience Associates or bachelor's degree in a health related field, or a bachelor's degree in a non-health related field with a minimum of 1 year experience with our resident population, preferred Experience in assisted living, dementia care, and end of life care beneficial Must be at least 21 years of age and exhibit the capacity to respond to the needs of the residents and manage the complexity of a CBRF Ability to learn and implement policy change as state and facility requirements change Must maintain current driver's license with safe driving record Our Wages
Hourly, eligible for incentives and overtime pay Based upon previous experience and qualifications Our Benefits
