We are currently hiring for Loader OperatorWhat you'll doSafety: Operate their equipment in a safe and non-abusive manner and drives at a safe speed.Maintain the Loader: Completing daily checklist with the loader and turning it in to the maintenance supervisor. Working with maintenance to maintain proper lubrication and function of the Loader. Ensure the loader checklist is completed at night shift and working with the night shift qualified loaders: There should only be two.Aggregates: Maintain the aggregates at proper levels in the yard. Works with each supervisor daily to make sure they are full there aggregates. Maintain and prepare outside hoppers for delivery of different aggregates as well as special aggregates.Loader will label all super sacks of specialty aggs and keep them organized by product.He will bring all super sacks to the plants when needed based on the supervisor's needs. Rotate all super sacks to ensure FIFO (first in first out)Loader will help out plant personnel with keeping the hopper pits clean. Loader plus one plant person as this is a 2-person job.Aggregate Heating System: The loader will learn how to run operate and maintain the aggregate heating system. This will be the loader's main responsibility over the winter.Scrap: The loader will be responsible for keeping the scrap bin at a manageable levelOther: The loader needs to communicate with the plants on when the product is in their hoppers and when it needs to be run inside.Any other task deemed necessary by supervisors and plant managersSkills and Requirements

Requires standing, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Requires the ability to perform work with hands and/or arms in the same repetitive motion above and below shoulder levelKnowledge of all plant and yard safety policies and proceduresThe ability to qualify for and pass testing for forklift licensingReasonable appearance and good customer relation skillsThe ability to read and comprehend all shipping-related documentsKnowledge of load limitations as they pertain to total weight on a truck or trail er
