Charge Nurse (CN) is free of patient assignments. - Has occasional use of Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) equipment. - Electronic Health Record (EHR) system in use is Paragon. - Patient population primarily includes medical ICU cases with some sepsis, respiratory, cardiac, and trauma patients. - Preferred experience in Medical ICU and TNCC is advantageous. - Ideal candidates should enjoy teamwork and be committed to best practices. - The facility is situated in a region known for its beautiful recreational landscapes, golf courses, public parks, and is the heart of Washington Wine Country. - Within a few hours driving distance from major cities like Seattle, Portland, and Spokane. - Offers direct flights from Tri-Cities Airport to 10 major U.S. hubs.
