Job Title: Manufacturing Assembly Technician

Job Description

This position involves the installation of grab rails, seats, panels, doors, speed loads, and sanding floors. The role also includes installing IV hangers, drawer catches, and assisting other departmental employees while adhering to the production schedule and maintaining a high-quality product. Additional responsibilities include cutting laminate according to work orders and blueprints for cabinets, correctly measuring and sawing, and preparing boards for cabinet assembly.

Responsibilities

Install grab rails, seats, panels, doors, and speed loads.

Sand floors.

Assist with the installation of IV hangers and drawer catches.

Help other departmental employees adhere to the production schedule.

Maintain a high-quality product.

Cut laminate according to work orders and blueprints for cabinets.

Measure and saw accurately.

Prepare boards for builders to assemble cabinets.

Essential Skills

Assembly experience

Production knowledge

Proficiency with hand tools and tape measure

Mechanical aptitude

Experience with power tools

Electrical assembly skills

Welding (Mig)

CNC machine operation

Ability to read and interpret blueprints/diagrams

Additional Skills & Qualifications

6+ months of manufacturing experience

Ability to read a tape measure

Hand and power tool experience
