We are looking for a Digital Associate to support the development and execution of digital strategies for our clients including C-Suite leadership teams, their businesses, and their brands. The ideal candidate is a high-energy, creative individual who lives and breathes new media, has competencies across the major social and digital platforms, possesses a deep understanding of audience engagement, and can work seamlessly across a wide variety of industries and sectors.
You will work in an integrated fashion with the Teneo Digital team to enhance the digital presence of our clients and contribute to the overall success of our client initiatives. You will also serve as a daily resource to our clients, supporting the creation of effective strategies, advising our clients on the benefits of social and digital-first approaches to their communications, building executive presence across key profiles, sharing insights on the latest trends in the space, and promoting key moments critical to our clients and their organizations.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to identify key strategic challenges and digital needs. Design and implement plans to enhance the social profiles of clients. Develop social content strategies and editorial calendars in collaboration with the digital team. Educate internal account teams on social trends and tools and identify and explore opportunities for social and digital engagement across all divisions. Assist in the preparation of new business strategies and presentations. Create POVs and thought leadership pieces for clients and internal stakeholders. Assist with post-campaign reporting, including analyzing research, outlining key learnings and creating case studies. Present on client calls, answer client questions, and write/review call recaps inclusive of next steps. Act as quarterback/project manager across client accounts to keep all workstreams moving and on deadline. Anticipate client needs and proactively bring insights to the internal team, such as monitoring competitor news and flagging relevant cultural moments. Draft client-facing memos on relevant issues with minimal review/editing required. Maintain knowledge of clients' businesses, competitors, and industry news to provide context for our social work. Build decks/presentations with well-designed structure and flow. Draft client posts in the proper tone with business goals and industry news in mind, with minimal editing needed. Stay updated on the latest platform updates and use cases across LinkedIn, X, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and more. Knowledge of paid media terminology and strategy, including media buying and content syndication. Manage ad-hoc client requests with minimal oversight. Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in social media, audience engagement, and digital strategy. Experience in digital amplification, in areas such as search, paid social, media partnerships, and influencer campaigns. Proven track record of creating, executing, and managing content across all the major social platforms. Comprehension of the impact of social media across digital channels and the ability to discuss the ROI of related campaigns. Exceptional written and communication skills. Resourcefulness, team orientation, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Ability to handle demanding assignments and think on your feet. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Strong verbal, quantitative, and analytical skills. Ability to work nights and/or weekends when necessary.

Base Salary Range
$90,000 - $100,000 (compensation for this role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience that may fall outside of the range listed).

Work Arrangement: Hybrid. Teneo believes in in-person collaboration when possible and if you are assigned to the New York, Washington D.C., and San Francisco offices, the company expectation is for employees to work from the office location a minimum of three times a week.
