As the Chief Financial Officer, you will work under the direction of the CEO to oversee the financial operations of the organization, guide financial strategy, maintain fiscal stability and oversee technology/telecommunications.

Youth In Need has been in business since 1974 helping to create safe places for the area's most vulnerable children and youth. With 500 employees and an operating budget of 35 million, we serve more than 8,000 children, teens and families at nearly 100 locations in six counties in Eastern Missouri.

This Position:

We are seeking a Chief Financial Offer with a bachelor's in accounting, finance or related areas with 10+ years' experience in cost accounting and 7+ years' experience in senior financial managerial roles, external auditors/compliance and supervisory experience.

The Chief Financial Officer works closely with the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Management Team and the Board of Directors to contribute to and support the organization's strategic goals and vision. The CFO oversees the accounting department and must have strong leadership, management, communication and presentation skills.

This is a salaried position with pay starting at $155,000.
