We need a Director of Software Engineering to lead and oversee the software engineering function in developing, releasing, and maintaining software applications and systems for an exciting new SaaS product at Pattern. This role will establish policies and procedures that produce high-quality software product and service.

This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, UT.

What is the team like?

You will work with members of the software engineering team locally and overseas, and be supervised by Pattern's Senior Director of Engineering. You will also collaborate frequently with the Chief Technology Officer. This team is data driven and results oriented.
