Job Description: - Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU.- Implement and monitor patient care plans while ensuring effective communication with the healthcare team.- Deliver care following established standards, policies, and procedures.- Participate in patient education and family support during hospitalization.- Utilize critical thinking skills to address complex clinical situations.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and families.- Demonstrate professional development by engaging in ongoing education and training.
