As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our existing clients. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and contributing to the growth of Universal Energy Solutions.

Manage and nurture relationships with existing client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.Understand client needs and requirements to propose upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of energy solutions.Provide regular updates and reports on client activities, sales opportunities, and revenue forecasts.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.Prior experience in account management is a plus, but not required.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Highly organized and detail-oriented.
