Sheppard Pratt School in Glyndon is a leading provider of year-round special education and therapeutic services, catering to students grades K-12. What to expect.

You will promote the health and well-being of our students, ensuring they have access to quality medical care and support through their educational journey.

You will provide comprehensive nursing care to students with various medical needs , including but not limited to medication, administration wound care, and first aid.

Specific responsibilities include:

Coordinating with caregivers to

provide medical treatment

as indicated by student’s health needs and history. Supporting the school psychiatrist in

medication management . Maintaining cumulative and

comprehensive documentation

What we need from you.

An associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing. Possession of a valid license to practice nursing in the State of Maryland: Registered Nurse (RN)

1 year of working experience in a school setting.
