About The Role:
As a CBRE Client Consulting Director/Sector Lead, you will lead consulting services to several high-profile groups of corporate real estate clients to support the growth and delivery of our advisory services in Workplace and Portfolio Strategy, Occupancy Planning, and Change Management. You will also guide the consulting business in multiple geographic regions.
This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for Advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments.
What You'll Do:
Build real estate strategies and consulting teams for large-size clients.
Deliver strategies with assigned clients. Develop solutions to assist with regional portfolio strategic initiatives.
Align business direction and vision with senior management.
Act as the conduit between the CBRE consulting platform and our account teams to ensure alignment between services and contract obligations.
Monitor organizational performance and report on data collected.
Lead the annual account resource and workplace technology budget, provide administrative guidance, and report on account financial health.
Develop complex strategies to reduce costs for clients for resources, workplace technology, and programs/processes.
Gain an in-depth understanding of the client's business. Ensure that resources and programs align with the business’s strategic direction.
Contribute expert commercial and financial knowledge during business strategy development and presentations.
Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor staff training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching, and oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
Apply a robust knowledge of multiple disciplines, the business, and key drivers which impact departmental and cross-functional performance.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Persuade managers and other colleagues to take action while being guided by the organization's functional business plans. Negotiate with external partners, vendors, and customers of divergent interests to reach a common goal.
Identify and solve multifaceted, sophisticated, operational, and organizational problems leveraging the appropriate resources within or outside the department.
Significantly improves and changes existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems
Leadership skills to set, manage, and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple department results within a function.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Client Consulting Director/Sector Lead position is $125,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $145,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
