Work Schedule:

100% FTE, days. Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. This is a hybrid role. When in person, you will work at 1212 Deming Way in Middleton, WI.

We are seeking an

IS Project Manager

to:

Lead complex IS healthcare projects requiring coordination between IS and operational stakeholders (internal and external) with a focus on delivering value.

Drive teams to think innovatively and work cooperatively to deliver excellent solutions to real problems.

Demonstrate the ability to think critically, learn continuously, ask questions, dig deep and make a difference.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Healthcare, Business, or related field Required

Four (4) years combination of relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree

Master's Degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Healthcare, Business, or related field Preferred

Work Experience

Demonstrated success in Functioning as a project manager on cross-functional technology initiatives Required

Demonstrated success in Leading the design, development, configuration, support, and adoption of technology solutions Required

Demonstrated success in Forming and sustaining collaborative, trusted-advisor relationships with stakeholders and colleagues Required

Demonstrated success in Generated professional, clearly written communication tailored to the audience Required

Demonstrated success in Working within a healthcare industry, which may include a health system, academic medical center, or health payer organization Preferred

Demonstrated success in Leading initiatives utilizing waterfall and agile concepts, practices, and tools Preferred

Demonstrated success in Applying organizational change management tools and processes Preferred

Demonstrated success in Utilized ServiceNow for project time tracking and resource management Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent Preferred
