About the Role
OVERVIEW
The Corporate Treasury department has an opening for a Treasury Analyst to support the firm’s global corporate treasury operations. This includes activities related to cash management, corporate investments, bank account management, cash forecasting, management analysis, and reporting. Additionally, the Treasury Analyst will gain exposure to various aspects of Corporate Treasury, including corporate hedging programs (FX, compensation plans, etc.) and the firm’s seed capital program.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:
Managing daily cash activities, including initiating and authorizing electronic payments and executing investment transactions in banking and investmentplatforms
Liaising with banks to resolve cash management and bank accountissues
Managingglobalbankaccountoperations,includingopening,closing,andmaintenanceofbankaccountsacrossallbanking relationships
Supporting cash forecastingprocesses
Supporting corporate hedging programs and executing trades associated with theseprograms
Supporting and administering the firm seed capitalprogram
Assistingwithbankingplatformandtreasuryworkstation(GTreasury)useradministrationandotherbankaccountadministration activities
Preparing cash management reports and other ad hoc analyticalreporting
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with a strong GPApreferred
0-3 years professionalexperience
Strong technical skills, proficient with Excel. Experience with Tableau, Python, or SQL is aplus.
A strong work ethic with a willingness and desire tolearn
Proven organization skills and attention todetail
Ability to multitask and thrive in a challenging fast paced environment
Maturity due to confidential nature ofresponsibilities
Excellentcommunicationskills,interactingandcollaboratingwithalllevelsofcounterpartiesbothinternal andexternaltothefirm
Displays intellectual curiosity and the ability to thinkstrategically
Interest in capital markets is aplus
Experience with Workday, GTreasury, or other Treasury Management System/bank platform is aplus

Our approach to compensation considers all aspects of total compensation; all employees are eligible to receive salary, variable compensation, and benefits. The base salary range for this position is:
USD 65,000 - 150,000
This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.
Base salary is only one component of Wellington’s total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
