IT Support Technician - Level 1

This position is responsible for level 1 help desk support services for desktop computers, applications, and related technology. The candidate's support includes specifications, installation and testing of computer systems and peripherals within our 900+ corporate and franchisee clinics.
Specific responsibilities include:
Be a part of a team to provide help desk support to over 900+ clinics spread across the United States.
Respond to email and phone messages from customers seeking help.
Identify, research, and resolve technical problems related to user workstations, software and other related user equipment, such as smart phones.
Respond to service requests via the help desk ticketing system, telephone calls, email, and direct personnel requests for technical support.
Must Have reliable transportation
Possess excellent troubleshooting, analytic, and organizational skills
Be able to work as part of a team or independently
May require some weekend shift hours
Requirement for the position include:
Must be able to work Tuesday: 2pm to 8pm, Wednesday to Friday: 12pm to 8pm and Saturday: 8am to 6pm. During day light savings this will shift one hour earlier
3+ years previous IT Support experience
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Implementation experience of IT processes, software, & hardware preferred.
Operating systems expertise with Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10
Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Strong organization and communication skills.
