12611 - Business Analyst (hybrid) - Tallahassee, FL Start Date: ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration:12 months with possible extensions. Work Setting: Telecommuting is currently only allowed at most, 2 days a week, with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office required. Telecommuting requirements are subject to change, as the Client's requirements change, or at the discretion of the hiring manager. Required: •Experience in business process reengineering and documentation in a professional environment in a financial discipline (10+ years); •Experience with PALM solutions, government or financial-related projects experience; •Experience with Agile Project Management methodologies and practices; •Experience with SCRUM Framework; •Experience working on accounting and financial computing applications and monitoring complex interfaces with external systems Preferred: •Azure DevOps; •Experience in performing QA reviews in determining that standards are met; •Experience with Job Control Language (JCL); •Experience with Interactive System Productivity Facility (ISPF) panels and supporting mainframe software; •Skill in data conversion techniques, data cleansing approaches and validating data relationships; •Six Sigma certification or similar business analysis and engineering certifications Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: •Coordinate the development of project schedules, implementation plans, and documentation for computing asset remediation, and present findings to stakeholders; •Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Client PALM cycle testing, ensuring systems meet performance requirements; •Oversee testing strategies, data scenarios, and test plans to ensure functional requirements are met and quality standards are upheld; •Summarize and present critical information from multiple sources in executive-level formats, making complex data accessible and actionable; •Develop and maintain standardized desk procedures, including business process flows and narratives, to support consistency and efficiency; •Manage user stories, project backlogs, and participate in SCRUM meetings within Azure DevOps to ensure agile project execution; •Analyze and recommend changes to complex financial-related business processes, preparing business specifications and facilitating remediation work sessions to align with the Client PALM solution.
