Corporate HR Generalist
The JBS Corporate HR team is seeking an experienced professional to support the implementation and maintenance of team member relations, onboarding, performance management, benefits, HR compliance, systems, payroll, and learning and development.
Reporting to HQ on an in-person and daily basis, our ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, attentive, and determined to significantly contribute to an established and high-performing team, fully aligned with our mission to be the best in all that we do.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinate and implement weekly new hire orientation, onboarding, and team member exit processes.Maintain the internal corporate organizational structure via Personnel Change Form (PCF) and SAP.Routine HR operations and management to ensure I-9, ADA, LOA/FMLA/FAMLI, EEOC, and OFCCP policy and procedure compliance, among all other federal and state-specific requirements.Serve as the primary HR representative for corporate team members' leave of absence and benefits.Assist in the resolution of ad hoc team member relations matters.Support team member engagement initiatives.Other duties, as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to work in an open office environment, reporting daily to the corporate headquarters.Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field is required.At least 1 year of HR or closely related experience is required.Possesses a strong sense of urgency and work ethic, while balancing attention to detail and excellent customer service.Experience with I-9 and/or leave of absence management, to include FMLA and FAMLI, is strongly preferred.Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.Experience with SAP is preferred.Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment.Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays.401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule.Base salary range of $60,000- $70,000.This position is eligible to participate in the Company's annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program.Career Development: Our company is dedicated to supporting professional growth by offering continuous learning opportunities and a focus on career growth through various learning and development programs.
