Who we are: We are the Digital Enterprise team, and we work on One-Key, a collaborative tool and equipment platform that helps jobs run smoother, with fewer headaches along the way. One-Key offers a comprehensive system for construction inventory management, including greater visibility to tools with community tracking and alerts, the construction industry’s leading smart tool technology, and complete inventory management software via a mobile app or web browser.
The Digital Enterprise team empowers users to take full control of their tools. Our solutions help users manage inventory, organize teams, and audit tool kits and locations. We also help users build connected tool experiences, track and lock tools, giving them ultimate control. We work on the industry’s largest tool tracking network, leveraging geolocation services to track and show the last seen location of connected tools. Mark one missing and our network made up of hundreds of thousands of users and One-Key enabled devices, help find it. The Job: We currently have three delivery teams and are looking to grow. You will be on one of our enterprise teams with other mobile and web developers, helping create and improve our enterprise features and connected tool experiences. You will work collaboratively with UX, QA, and Product Management, you will prototype, test, and build the app interface to make our users more productive on the job site.
Who you are: Self-motivated developer with a demonstrated background designing and developing native Android apps with Kotlin and Compose.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems (or related field), or equivalent years of work experience
1+ required years of Android mobile application development experience in a professional environment (on multiple Android devices and OS versions) or internship
Requires strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience:
Experience working on a cross functional team using agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
Experience working on a product team or squad
Experience working on a consumer facing app
Experience with git source control and team code reviews
Experience working with Bluetooth and BLE

MVI/MVVM architecture patterns
Android activity lifecycle
SQLite, Room, Paging Library
