Job SummaryThe Estate Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the Brokerage Business with a strong focus on Brokerage Operations, specifically within estate distributions. This role requires problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of the financial services industry. The Estate Operations Analyst will work closely with the Retirements team, providing hands-on support and analysis to ensure smooth estate distribution processes.ResponsibilitiesProblem Resolution & Data Analysis:Perform various levels of problem resolution and data analysis for estate operations.Review and validate probate and beneficiary asset distribution documentation in a timely manner.Analyze error trends to identify root causes and provide objective assessments.Resolve estate-related issues and document the resolution process.
Data Integrity & Reporting:Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data displayed on client-facing platforms.Assist management by developing metrics to monitor estate inquiry resolutions.Produce accurate and actionable status reports.
Quality Assurance:Adhere to established quality assurance protocols and procedures for estate processes.Support strategic plans that enhance productivity by driving process efficiencies and automation.
Requirements
Experience:1+ years of experience in the financial services industry, ideally with exposure to brokerage, retirement, estate, or beneficiary services.Internship or relevant experience may also be considered.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Additional Skills:Analytical mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Adaptability to dynamic work environments and changing priorities.Demonstrated ownership, urgency in resolving inquiries, and effectiveness in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.High attention to detail and a proactive, inquiring mindset.

Bachelors Degree
