About the role:
Our Proof Restaurant is looking for a talented
Host!
The Host/ess is the first interaction for guests in our Restaurants, and is the designer of memorable experiences. This role is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.
What you will do:
Welcome guests and provide exceptional service during their dining experience in collaboration with a team of serversManage the host stand, review the reservation book and make recommendations as to the setup of the table sectionsEnsure cleanliness of each section of the dining rooms and make necessary improvements as well as check each table prior to opening to ensure its proper setWork with guest systems to ensure seamless serviceCoordinate the flow of dining in the restaurantDevelop a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients and restaurant informationWhat you bring:
One to two years' previous experience in Food & Beverage outlet; previous employment experience within a luxury Hotels is considered an assetAbility to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systemsStrong communication skills
