As a Product Owner you will be a key stakeholder in the technical projects to meet clear business objectives. You will be responsible for making the best use of development team's time and planning key roadmap. You will oversee the planning, development, testing and implementation of solutions.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for making the best use of development resources through planning, prioritizing, and managing the product/technical roadmap.Understand the product & commercial needs and how they translate into functional and technical requirementsManage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on business needsLead the requirements gathering effort based on stakeholders and end user inputWrite user stories with acceptance criteria. Refining and prioritizing backlogs. Producing release plans and communications, while running show and tells and tracking benefits realizationDeliver release and resource planningIdentify bugs, create required tickets and ensure delivery in timely mannerManage communication with key stakeholders on roadmap planning across business and tech teamsTechnical Competencies

Previous experience in Product or Project management in a web development environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with Jira and Confluence working across multiple delivery methodologies such as Agile, KanBan, SCRUM, Waterfall, & DevOpsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to break down complex problems and resolve them in a rigorous and structured mannerKnowledge of techniques for requirements elicitation and specificationKnowledge in website development, design and CMSSuperb attention to detail and thrive in the face of ambiguityDemonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate new ideasMust have a strong bias for action, you will need to be pro-active in figuring out what problems to tackle and then execute on solving themRequirements

Must be located in Charlotte, NCA Bachelors or Master's degree in a business or technology disciplineAt least 3 years' experience as a Product OwnerProduct Owner/SCRUM qualificationsProject Management Certifications such as PRINCE 2 or PMPNice to have: fantasy and sports interestPerks & Benefits
