Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled System Analyst to provide advanced technical services, focusing on the analysis, design, development, and implementation of complex application systems. The role involves acting as a liaison between business partners and the Office of Information Technology (OIT) to ensure compliance, adherence to policy, and that business needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze contractual requirements and collaborate with vendors to deliver necessary outputs.

•Document and maintain application status, ensuring all actions are compliant.

•Research and analyze business needs, defining system scope and objectives to develop solutions that meet those needs.

•Design and integrate interfaces to connect systems according to business objectives.

•Act as a primary point of contact between business partners and OIT, ensuring smooth communication and understanding.

•Evaluate and enforce adherence to OIT policies for internal and vendor-hosted systems.

•Participate in project planning, contributing to system design plans and specifications.

•Supervise other data processing staff as needed, ensuring high performance and organization.

•Monitor Vendor Hosted systems to ensure compliance with contractual IT requirements.

•Conduct analysis and document business-system interactions.

•Work with the Application Development team to implement technical solutions.

•Engage in all phases of the SDLC, including Requirements Definition, Documentation, Systems Analysis and Design, Change Management, System Integration, User Acceptance Testing, and Project Timeline Estimation.

Required Qualifications

•Proven ability to analyze contractual requirements and coordinate with vendors.

•Strong attention to detail with the ability to translate technical requirements to business needs.

•Proficiency in documenting and monitoring application compliance.

•Competency in all phases of applications systems analysis and design.

•Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.

•Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining organized analysis and documentation across projects.

•Experience with requirements definition, systems analysis, change management documentation, and project estimation within the SDLC.

Preferred Qualifications

•Understanding of system design and the ability to interpret detailed technical specifications.

•Experience supervising technical staff.

Bachelors Degree
