CSA is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist who will specialize in electronic classroom technical support.
How Your Role Will Make an Impact:
Ensure student training infrastructure is functional and availableEnsure that Active Directory accounts are properly configuredAssist customers in overcoming any challenges through monitoring and performance managementIdentify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical networkTurn metrics into information and communicate their meaningManage users and computers in an enterprise networkWhat You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:
Clearance: Must possess an active Secret clearanceEducation: HS Diploma or equivalentYears of Experience: 3 years of relevant experienceGeneral Experience: Electronic Documentation, System Administration, Network Administration, Database AdministrationCertifications: Security+ or equivalent Bachelor's degreeExperience with connectivity, interoperability, operational readiness, and security and compliance systems maintenanceExperience with systems and hardware and software administration and integrationExperience with routine maintenance, including break and fix, backup and recovery, and inventory and asset managementWhat Sets You Apart:
Experience with multi-media systems support and community of interest (COI) network operationsExperience with local group policy management and file share, system, and account administrationExperience with configuration and change management and life cycle supportExperience with workstation and server hardware installation, maintenance, board replacement, and cable switchingExperience with system monitoring and troubleshootingKnowledge of system development, software maintenance, and ancillary functionsKnowledge of cyber defense compliance and accreditation servicesAbility to connect non-Navy workstations to the network systemAbility to perform onsite service center supportBachelor's degree
$60,000 - $75,000 a year
The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000-75,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. CSA considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
