Cabinet Maker IIIFabricating and installing cabinet components and hardware.Mark outlines or dimensions of parts, according to blueprints or drawing specificationsCutting 45-degree miters on aluminum and anodized trimAdhering laminate to the substrate with contact adhesiveFinal assembly of parts and hardwareAssembler IInstalling and mounting nonelectrical and electrical interior/exterior components and hardwareAssemble fabricated parts, components, or other units at stationsReading blueprint and engineering specificationsEnsure safety requirements and manufacturing quality are metClean and inspect the product for quality standardsInstaller IInstallation of all electrical interior/exterior components and hardwareUnderstand and carry out verbal and written directions in EnglishClose attention to detailFunction with a minimal amount of supervision or no supervision.Set work priorities to meet production goals as scheduled.Assist in training installers at all skill levels.Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.Meet minimum safety and 5S standards.Meet all QA and QC standards for each task.Be compliant with all the rules of conduct and attendance per the company handbook.Knows spill response procedures and evacuation routes.Other duties and responsibilities as required .Paint/BodyResponsible for prepping, sanding, buffing painted vehiclesTape and mask off nonpainted surfaces or parts around areas to be paintedSeal body seams with epoxy seam sealer and smooth properly for final paintGrind, and fill with properly mixed body filler and sand to finish, all welds, dents, and gouges inexterior panels.Sand and shape body filler around transitions or body linesSpray primer on all areas where body filler was appliedWipe down all areas to be painted with grease and wax removerSand down painted surfaces to remove orange peel textureOperate a buffer and understand the steps required to buff paint to a proper finishWill may be required to climb on vehicles and be required to wear fall protectionMust keep the work area safe and clean to 6S standardsGains or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Works under moderate supervision.
