This role involves assisting with business development, strategic initiatives, and knowledge management to support the practice group’s growth and enhance the firm’s market profile.Duties
Collaborate with partners, attorneys, and staff on business development and marketing strategies tailored to the complex commercial litigation practice.Lead the creation and implementation of strategic plans to meet business development objectives for both the group and individual partners.Manage the development, updating, and maintenance of marketing materials, including brochures, attorney biographies, and web content.Track active cases, monitor case statuses, and ensure timely reporting of matters to industry rankings and publications.Prepare and organize responses to requests for proposals and client pitch materials.Conduct market research to identify opportunities for revenue growth and improved profitability.Draft articles, legal insights, and digital communications to promote the firm’s expertise.Coordinate with teams on organizing conferences, seminars, and client events.Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney in complex commercial litigation or related fields.Proven ability to contribute to business development and marketing initiatives within a legal setting.Strong research and strategic planning capabilities.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications
Active Bar license in the state of Texas or eligibility for waiver.Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating content and client presentations.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Analytical skills to conduct market research and track industry trends.Familiarity with legal industry marketing tools and software.Job Location
