United Solar, a leading Solar Sales Company, is seeking a talented and motivated Door to Door Sales Leader to join our team. As a Door to Door Sales Leader, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by promoting and selling our innovative solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate will be energetic, outgoing, and a self-starter who is passionate about green energy and has excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
Canvassing neighborhoods going door to door to identify and approach potential residential homeowner customers. Making residential homeowner customers aware of the utility rate increases to close deals and meet or exceed sales goals. Leading a team of appointment setters. Providing regular feedback and insights to management to help improve and refine our sales strategy. Minimum Requirements
Driver's license and reliable means of transportation. Experience in door-to-door sales. Knowledge of solar energy and construction industries is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work flexible hours. Compensation and Benefits
