Become a part of our caring community and help us put health firstThe Senior HR Business Partner leads the people management agenda in a business unit/area, and acts as a facilitator for the company's management team. Applies broad experience in various Humana Resources (HR) areas of expertise. The Senior HR Business Partner work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.The Senior HR Business Partner acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit/area in people management agenda. The Senior HR Business Partner must possess a deep knowledge of the business unit/area, key employees and business processes and build a strong business relationship with the business unit/area, transfer HR requests and solutions to/from the business unit.The candidate must possess broad knowledge of the corporate functions and use the combined knowledge to build strong business relationships with leaders to translate and execute HR initiatives. Additional responsibilities include:Implement best practices and supports the delivery of HR processes at the business unit/area.Identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks.Act as the performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in the people management.Lead the change management projects and manage the HR related internal and external communication.Make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work performed without direction.Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.Able to perform work in an agile and flexible way, adapting to needs of an evolving business area.Maintain trusted relationships, able to lead assignments, with highly confidential and sensitive information using sound judgement and decision-making.Use your skills to make an impactRequired Qualifications5 or more years of HR experienceDemonstrated project management or process improvement experiencePrevious experience communicating, consulting, and strategizing with Leadership on various levelsMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesPreferred QualificationsSHRM-CP - SHRM Certified Professional certificationPHR - Professional in Human Resources certificationScheduled Weekly Hours40Pay Range$84,600 - $116,300 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
