About the Role:
Accountable for the development of the Heineken Silver Marketing Plan.Do you have a passion for beer? Are you obsessed with connecting with consumers and solving their problems? HUSA is searching for a brand manager to help develop the future of Heineken USA’s pipeline.Key Responsibilities:Manage the continued roll out of Heineken’s biggest innovation ever, Heineken Silver.Work with the Sr. Brand Manager and Heineken Brand VP to develop a breakthrough annual marketing plan for Heineken Silver.Commercialize marketing across the organization, inspiring and working closely with sales, finance, and commercial marketing teams to bring our plans to life.Collaborate with wholesalers in key markets to maximize the Silver opportunity.Identify short- and long-term opportunities to drive incremental portfolio growth across key growth channels (E-Commerce, C-Store, On Premise, Venues).Develop effective retail programming strategy and full year support calendar.Turn data into actionable insights that can help us improve brand performance.Provide clear and concise performance updates to the Management Team.Act as an internal ambassador for the brand using internal communication channels to ensure the organization is aware and excited about brand news.Spot trends to keep us ahead of the competition and top of mind with consumers.Basic Qualifications/Requirements:Minimum 3+ years Brand, Sales or Trade Marketing experience ideally in FMCG.Bachelor’s Degree Required, MBA Preferred.Preferred previous experience working on innovation launches.Experience managing reporting dashboards.Experience with Nielsen and other syndicated data resources.Entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem-solving skills.Proximity to HUSA Office for hybrid work.A strong communicator and relationship builder who can help evangelize our plans across the organization.Compensation & Benefits:Base Salary Range: $86,000 - $115,000 + Annual Bonus.Benefits - Medical/Dental/Vision + Matching 401k Plan.Vacation – 20 Days Paid Vacation & Unlimited Wellness Days.$200 Monthly Beverage Allowance.HEINEKEN USA Inc.,
