118514We are excited to announce an opening in our Rural Community Insurance Services (RCIS) Crop organization. We are looking for a dynamic self-starter with leadership and networking skills to drive new development programs and initiatives. Candidates that apply for this exciting opportunity will engage leaders and executive stakeholders in Crop Claims and the RCIS organization to lead the planning, execution and measurement of development initiatives that align with the strategic priorities of our senior leaders. This position will drive organizational change in both Crop Claims and RCIS.Responsibilities:Network, communicate, collaborate, and engage leaders and peers to drive transformation through development initiatives.Lead, design and/or facilitate cross-functional projects that promote customer centricity, organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and profitability.Create timelines, agendas, goals, and metrics/measurements.Guide in the development and implementation of best practices around execution and change management that transforms the customer experience.Guide the development of communication and implementation procedures for enterprise and Business Unit’s initiatives.Partner across customer facing departments to ensure the consistency of processes and solutions that support the Business Unit’s specific solutions.Provide methodologies and tools to leaders and team members to support initiatives and institutionalize a culture that embraces innovation that enhances the customer experience.Ensure appropriate change management practices are effectively utilized throughout all customer facing departments to improve execution and delivery of results.Take a holistic approach to identifying business improvement opportunities, develop solutions, manage initiatives and identify the resources.Ensure that the specific metrics and measures incorporated into solutions reflect the business strategy, track progress, capture the impact of changes.Identify further opportunities for improvement.Travel:
Up to 50%Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Claims, Consulting, Risk Engineering or Underwriting area ORHigh School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of experience in the Claims, Consulting, Risk Engineering or Underwriting area ORZurich Certified Insurance Apprentice, including an associate degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Claims, Consulting, Risk Engineering or Underwriting area ANDExperience in Organizational Effectiveness or Change ManagementExperience in the application of existing and/or change management methodologies and toolsPreferred Qualifications:Proven track record of leading change initiativesTraining, presenting and developing othersHighly preferred:
Crop insurance experience or Insurance industry knowledge and experienceCompetency in the MS suite or Educational designCompensation:
The starting salary range for this position is $83,700.00 - $137,100.00. Compensation for roles at Zurich varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Zurich provides in good faith a reasonable range of compensation for roles.Remote Working:
