Clinical Consultant Abiomed – Ireland & Northern Ireland
Key Responsibilities:
Provide training and clinical guidance to current and future users, ensuring effective support and monitoring for clinicians in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Execute the commercial strategy of the company.
Patient Care: Improve patient outcomes through professional education and consultation with medical staff.
Supervision of all centers where patients are treated with Impella products.
Reporting clinically relevant data, documenting results, and working closely with our team members and sales colleagues.
QualificationsYour expertise:
Clinical and/or technical training successfully completed, ideally as a healthcare assistant or nurse or clinical perfusionist.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in direct patient care in the ICU or nursing unit, cardiac surgery operating room or cardiology cath lab.
Minimum of 3 years of successful commercial activities in the MedTech industry.
Compelling attitude and ability to develop and promote long-term customer relationships.
Good communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to work in a team.
High flexibility and 80% willingness to travel to specified regions as well as for emergency case support. Some night/weekend.
Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly and effectively.
Driving license (Required).
Be located in the geographic area.
Capable of lifting up to 30 kg.
Standing for long hours during procedures and at conferences.
Education:
Bachelor degree in Health.
Clinical/technical degree (radiology, cardiovascular, perfusion) required.
