Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from

$144,000

to

$247,250 . This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.What you will doThe Head of NeoStrata Co. will lead, develop and execute growth strategies for NEOSTRATA and exuviance brands through International distributor partnerships, direct management of US/CA markets partnering with key omni/eCommerce customers and driving our own DTC business, and will be responsible for pipeline development and execution, and Global expansion strategy. This position will report to the President of US Brand Growth.Key Responsibilities:Strengthen & deliver the overall Global P&L of the NeoStrata Co. business (topline, bottom line), including NA markets & International distributors (excluding Kenvue affiliates)Develop & execute the 3-year Global Operational Plan & Commercial Strategy to accelerate Global growthLead and maintain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of current marketplace environment, including identifying growth trends, key need states, category and competitive understanding, professional procedures to shape and inform operational planDevelop & deploy US Channel expansion & growth acceleration strategy, partnering with E2E commercial, customer, and D2C teams to shape & support omni-channel planning & activation, including Professional, PR & Influencer StrategyClosely collaborate with end-to-end value chain responsibilities that leverage several different parts of the business including R&D, supply chain, HR, Connected CommerceCollaborate on disruptive Global Innovation strategy and pipeline rooted in the brand purpose and positioningCollaborate across the regions, cross functional teams & agency partners to activate Innovation and Equity initiatives taking into account global healthcare trends, regulatory requirements, market / competitive activity, & patient / consumer needsDevelop talent & build critical capabilities: digital, ecommerce, and agile ways of workingCreate a culture that is aligned with The Kenvue WayWhat we are looking forRequired qualifications:A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, in Marketing or Business preferred.A minimum of 10+ years of business and progressive commercial experience in setting a vision and executing within a healthcare or skincare organization, preferably with a breadth of functional and/or industry experience is required.Seasoned leader with record of strong results and delivering high growth.Prior experience in a Consumer Package Goods environment is required; prior leadership experience in Beauty is required.Strong experience in leading a large commercial organization with local/regional/global leadership experience, experience managing multiple brands/countries/go-to-market models and experience collaborating with regional teams (e.g. distributors, local market teams) is required.Cross-functional background, with omni channel experience & strong understanding of eCommerce / digital navigation is highly desired.Experience & passion for building brands and building brand advocacy, with the ability to think outside the box & proven ability to develop brand & marketing strategies.Ability to manage complexity, handle multiple priorities successfully, collaborate and work in a team setting, be flexible and work well under pressure.Ability to influence stakeholders across levels, functions and teams, including senior external and internal relationships (e.g. distributor CEOs).Ability to build leadership pipeline and retain top talent.High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, and commitment with a strong sense of urgency, prioritization and a bias for action.Ability to travel globally and domestically - 20% travel may be required for this role.Preferred qualifications:MBA preferred but not required.Prior experience in Prestige, DermoCosmetic Beauty is

highly
