Make a DifferenceThe Tier II Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for updating and managing site location data for Community Health Network. This role will be required to work primarily onsite to help identify and resolve missing or incorrect data. Once the project assignment is completed, this position is anticipated to transition into our Tier II team, which is responsible for re for resolving or escalating support calls from the IT Service Desk. The Tier II Service Desk Analyst assists in problem management and provides a deeper analysis of a customer's incident report or information request than what can be handled at a Tier I level.

Exceptional Skills and QualificationsApplicants for this position should be able to communicate effectively with customers, fellow staff, and partners in verbal and written form.Bachelor's degree or equivalent field-related work experience is required.Three (3) or more years of experience in customer service or experience providing technical support to end users.One (1) or more years of experience with ServiceNow is strongly preferred.Strong technical skills and the ability to learn and apply new technologies.Demonstrate the ability to operate effectively.Ability to type efficiently and accurately.
