Here, you’ll be supported in progressing – whatever your ambitions.About the RoleThe Senior Product Manager for the Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) portfolio is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the BPH portfolio, specifically overseeing the Rezūm, GreenLight, HoLEP, and HoLAP products. This role leads global initiatives, drives innovation, and manages key processes to support franchise growth and broader organizational objectives.You will work closely with the Urology Product Management Team, contributing to high-impact projects and sharing best practices. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, particularly with the Sales team, and an ability to build effective relationships with physicians.Key Responsibilities:Lead business planning initiatives, ensuring accuracy in forecasting, supply chain operations, and budget management.Support product launches domestically and internationally to expand the reach of our therapies.Develop and implement marketing and sales programs for assigned products.Collaborate with franchise management to develop market segmentation, product positioning, and messaging strategies; engage key opinion leaders to enhance the franchise’s market presence.Analyze industry trends to refine product strategies, messaging, and concept-marketing techniques.Build partnerships across franchises and functions to develop best-in-class systems and processes aligned with broader business goals.Commit to patient safety and product quality by adhering to all relevant quality system regulations.Develop and implement innovative marketing solutions and tools that add value for sales and regional teams.Conduct competitive analysis and lead response strategies to address market challenges.Gain expertise in clinical literature, collaborating with Clinical Sciences and Health Economics on evidence-based marketing strategies.Serve as a subject matter expert, creating strategies to increase product adoption.Engage with global markets to gather insights, build relationships with key physicians, and support business initiatives.Partner with Digital and Social Marketing teams to develop digital communication and engagement strategies for healthcare providers.Build credibility and strengthen relationships with cross-functional global teams.Identify opportunities for future product development within the BPH market.Required QualificationsExperience managing clinically-oriented productsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven experience in developing impactful marketing plans, positioning, and value propositionsAbility to build productive relationships with customers and cross-functional partnersWillingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25-35%Preferred QualificationsMBA or advanced degree in a related fieldExperience with medical devicesDemonstrated success in developing high-impact marketing strategies and value propositionsRequisition ID:
