Requirements:NC License1 year experienceStepdown experienceTelemetry experienceBLSACLSCVICU experience preferredPrior CV surgery and vascular surgery population experience (open heart, TAVR, lobectomy, AAA repair, and fem-pop bypass) within a year preferredOther Details:EMR - CernerFloating Area(s) to Any SD (1:5 ratios) or MS (1:6-7 ratios) unit, ER inpatient holding area (1:6).Number of Beds – 40 cardiac surgery stepdown bedsPatient Ratios – 1:5 patients per RN, 1:13 for PCT’sType of equipment – Baxter IV pumps, CADD epidural pumps, various liftsScrub Color/Attire – All navy, white tops/navy bottoms, or all white
