What you'll do
The Trust and Security organization is looking for a passionate, self-driven product manager that will help to enhance and enable Docusign to expand and protect the brand by maturing a global portfolio of information security services, tools and product capabilities. As a member of the team you will be responsible for helping to innovate and implement product initiatives from an ideation to release for key areas such as Security in the SDLC and Security insights, metrics and reporting. As a product manager you will be responsible for defining roadmaps, connecting with internal and external customers, and delivering on our brand trust to our customers. The position focuses mainly on internal product management of our security products and services.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Vice President, Security Assurance.
Responsibilities
Champion user-centric design principles, ensuring the user experience of our security technology is intuitive, seamless, and aligns with internal and external customer expectations.Lead the development lifecycle from ideation to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.Evaluate, select, and implement new tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Ensure seamless integration and collaboration between different platforms and systems with a focus on composable architecture and using iPaaS solutions to extend the capabilities of existing products.Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.Use data analytics to measure marketing performance, track key metrics, and generate insightful reports.Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our security tech stack around key Internal Customer experiences, aligning with the company's overall business objectives and market demands.Manage the roadmap prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact, internal customer feedback, and strategic direction, ensuring our security products and services remain innovative and competitive.

Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)
What you bring
Basic
Cyber Security background and experience.8+ years experience as a Product manager.Experience designing and delivering internet-scale, enterprise-wide information security technology products and capabilities.Proven experience managing a portfolio of technology tools, preferably with composable architecture, including security Automation Platforms, and Data and Business Insights.
Preferred
Experience working in cyber/tech startups.Demonstrated successful track record in defining product roadmaps.Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.Innovative, entrepreneurial, ability to multitask.Ability to push ideas and influence decision making in a collaborative manner.Highly motivated, goal driven, can-do approach, curious and open minded.Development or data experience.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting / BI platforms.Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $134,900.00 - $216,975.00 base salaryIllinois and Colorado: $129,000.00 - $182,250.00 base salaryWashington and New York (including NYC metro area): $129,000.00 - $190,550.00 base salary.
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
