What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Lead the standardization of planning and forecasting for Global Real Estate & Facilities expensesDevelop reporting packages and KPI dashboards for financial and non-financial metricsExecute on a strategy roadmap by delivering reporting that supports cost savingsValidate and reconcile financial information across multiple reporting systemsManage financial close, projection, and budget processes for Corporate RE&F costs
What is Required (Qualifications):Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business degreeMinimum of 4 years of related accounting or finance experienceProficient expertise in MS ExcelPrevious experience with business case modeling/analysisExperience with HFM, SAP, and Power BI preferred
