The Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a
Partnerships Lead
who is passionate about working with named partners and Leidos stakeholders to optimize the Leidos+Partner relationship by fostering differentiated value and growth outcomes.A significant amount of work will be performed at our Leidos Headquarters in Reston, VA; and the position will have a hybrid work (headquarters work, business travel work, and remote work) schedule. This is not a remote position.POSITION SUMMARY:As a Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for providing relationship leadership externally with partner-specific points of contact and internally across Leidos sectors and functions. The Partnerships Lead will also assist and support DigMod Practice Area stakeholders in the creation of a holistic perspective for partner-related activities and collaborative initiatives. You will work closely with the Leidos Corporate Growth and DigMod Growth, Technology, Finance, Contracts and with Leidos Supply Chain organizations to manage the execution of the overall partnership between select partners. We are looking for a growth-oriented program or project manager with a strong technical and/or strong business background. This strategically important role requires both the ability to manage complex initiatives and the ability to collaborate across Leidos+Partner stakeholders to assist with identifying and maturing business opportunities that may span On Contract Growth (OCG), New Business Development (NBD), and New Market Development (NMD) scenarios.This is the ideal role if you are looking for the opportunity to work on innovative projects with enterprise potential impact and an appreciation for the high speed of technology change.CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:• Currently possess or are eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance. (US Citizenship required)PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Direct the execution of all DigMod Sector activities identified in select Partnership Agreements between Leidos and named partner(s) including collaborative promotion and success of strategic agreements.Collaborate with Leidos Corporate Functions and DigMod Growth Office, CTO Office, and Business Area Leads for the identification of additional named partner(s) opportunities.Deliver the business case outcomes identified in named partner Partnership Agreements.Execute core project management activities such as risk management and dependency management in the execution of joint investment activities between Leidos+Partner(s).Serve as a primary POC for named partner(s) engagements within the DigMod Sector and as a vocal liaison for named partner(s) across Leidos.Actively support collaborative pipeline (co-pipeline) efforts and the administration and management of the DigMod co-pipeline tool including but not limited to lead generation tracking, opportunity updates and refinements, reporting and forecasting, and supporting PA and RO teams across DigMod Sector.Assist DigMod Growth stakeholders with identifying and qualifying named partner-related Repeatable Offerings.Monitor evolving products for new or emerging technology, and/or partnering opportunities for named partner(s).BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of combined experience in Digital Modernization Engineering, Business Development, Account Management, Project Management and/or Program Management, including 5 years of experience supervising or directing teams or projects.Proven track record of successful project or program design, development, and execution.Proven track record collaborating across multiple Leidos Sectors/Groups and Functions.Experience with existing Leidos Cloud, End User, Network, Security or Application Modernization solutions and capabilities.Experience with various Federal and public sector-related regimes, such as FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels, and CMMC.Experience supporting customers from multiple DigMod Sector Business Areas.Work in Reston at Leidos GHQ at a minimum of 25% per month, plus potential for domestic and international travel as required, up to another 25% per month.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience with business plan development and/or management and/or business start-up.Experience with public sector channel management and related OEM and VAR sales, pricing, and marketing practices.Experience with hyperscaler or cloud service provider business operations and service offerings.Experience with corporate strategy processes.Current DoD Secret (or higher) security clearance.Pay Range:Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
