The firm provides a supportive, fast-paced environment ideal for an attorney looking to grow their litigation experience and handle a variety of consumer protection cases.Duties:Manage and oversee a personal caseload from inception to resolutionConduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court documentsRepresent clients in court proceedings and depositionsCollaborate with team members to develop case strategiesParticipate in settlement discussions and negotiate favorable outcomesMaintain client communication to provide updates and gather necessary informationEnsure timely filing of all legal documents and adherence to court deadlinesRequirements:Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience (newly admitted attorneys with a strong interest in civil litigation are also encouraged)Ability to manage multiple cases independently and in collaboration with team membersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHighly organized, responsible, and proactiveEducation:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolCertifications:Active and valid Bar license in the state of CaliforniaSkills:Strong legal research and writing capabilitiesEffective negotiation and advocacy skillsAbility to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlinesGreat interpersonal skills for effective client interactionsTeam-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
