Competencies: Digital : ServiceNow_IT Service Management, Digital : ServiceNow_Customer Service ManagementExperience (Years): 6-8Essential Skills: ? 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Engineer / Developer with a focus on Predictive Intelligence is a MUST.? Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform modules, especially in ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM(SPM).? Experience in designing and implementing predictive models using Machine Learning techniques.? Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Scripting.? Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting tools.? ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is a plus.? Develop and implement ServiceNow applications and enhancements focused on Predictive Intelligence.? Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.? Design and configure predictive models and algorithms within the ServiceNow platform.? Monitor and optimize predictive performance to ensure effective outcomes.? Provide technical support and troubleshooting for predictive intelligence solutions.? Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and emerging trends in predictive analytics.? Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices.? Document technical processes and create user manuals for predictive solutions.? Enhancing the service management capabilities and driving data-driven decision-making.
