SMART is seeking an emergency medicine physician to provide coverage in Surprise, AZ. Coverage is needed as soon as credentialed and will be an ongoing need for the next 6-12 months.Additional details include:-BC/BE Emergency Medicine-Active AZ license and DEA-Shift times 7a-7p and 7p-7a-13 ED beds- 24hr physician coverage and 24hr APP coverage per day-EMR: Epic-Paid malpractice, travel and accommodations
