Pay Rate: $21.00 - $26.68 per hourPay rate is based upon education & experience.

Fills out ship/receive reportsObtains rental agreements, does safety sheets, and SMM and license platesShips and receives work tools from Caterpillar/Venders/Branches/etc.Controls transfers to/from shops for attachmentsEnters information into DBS for attachmentsFills out logEnters data entry of work toolsInquiries about inventoryCoordinates Shipping and Receiving of work tools with Parts Dept. & Trucks entering Yard areaCoordinates with the Sales Dept. transfers and movement of work toolsAnswers phone calls from all departments, customers, and sales staffInteracts with customersAssists walk-in customers when needed as well as customers on the phoneBlocks up loadsChains down loadsLift loads with variety of equipmentInspects work tool conditionPerforms minor repairs and adjustments to work toolsUnloads railcars offsite at rail yard; keeps yard in orderPuts numbers in windows of machinesBlades yardRemoves snow inside fenceDirt and waters yardLoads and unloads attachmentsEnsures machines are readyOperates fork lift for shops and customersFuels machines, checks fluid levels, and jump starts machinesControls physical inventory and counts inventory of attachmentsOther duties as assigned by managerRequired Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED1-3 years customer service experience1-3 years machine service/maintenance1-3 years machine operating skills1-3 years forklift operationPhysical Demands & Competencies:

Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearingAscending or descending ladders, stairs, etc.Heavy work that includes lifting and/or moving objects up to 60 pounds or moreData Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skillsSafety & Product KnowledgeBasic Knowledge of DBSTravel Requirements:
