Your schedule:
Shifts are flexible, with varying times between Monday - Friday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST. (10:30 AM - 2:30 PM, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM, or 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM EST)
Your compensation:
$19.11/hr plus a bonus!

About the Opportunity:

The Funding Administrative Assistant will support the funding managers and broader funding team with various tasks and projects. This role supports the department's operational needs and helps ensure the smooth execution of funding-related processes.
What you will do:
Your duties include, but are not limited to:Assist funding managers with day-to-day tasks and special projects to ensure timely completion and support department goals.Provide administrative support to different branches of the funding team, responding to project requests and handling inquiries as needed.Verify coverage details for voluntary protection products (VPP) and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.Maintain accurate records and documentation for all assigned tasks.Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and ensure funding operations are running efficiently.What you bring:
High school diploma or GED equivalent requiredMinimum of 1 year of administrative support or customer service experienceDetail-conscious and task oriented mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Demonstrates historical career stabilityFHF Benefits...
