They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to grow market share within the emerging biotech space. This role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strategic partnerships.
Job Description:The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new Cloud and IT opportunities within the emerging biotech market, targeting key decision-makers and building strong relationships.The Business Development Manager will be focused on building and growing a book of business over time and will focus on both net new and retention/upsell opportunities.The Business Development Manager will work with cross-functional teams and serve as a trusted advisor to help organizations achieve goals and drive innovation.
Requirements:10+ years of experience with at least 5+ years of business development experience focused within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.Ideal candidates will have experience selling Cloud Services, IT Managed Services, or Software Development Services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).Ability to navigate complex issues and consult with your clients to uncover the right solution.
Location:
This is a remote opportunity with a preference for candidates based in one of the following cities: Seattle, San Francisco, Boston, or Raleigh. Limited travel anticipated.
